All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via AUSPOST. Made to order items usually ship within 3 weeks, more information on production time can be found on product specific pages.
You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will arrange replacement of those items.

Yes! International orders ship via Auspost and the connecting postal service of your country. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email - which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, have a dig around in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they end up in there.
We currently accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, and Afterpay. Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We understand that buying rings online can be tricky! To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free resizing on all STACKER rings. If the fit is not quite right, reach out via the contact page, and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Please check spam folders when awaiting a response from us.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong size as most pieces are made to order, But we will happily exchange style or issue a store credit if you're not happy with your purchase.
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we are unable to provide return or exchange on earrings.
We will happily exchange any apparel for change of size or store credit.
If you believe the product is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible including a description and photo of the item. From here we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item.
