REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All sales through BR are final. If you believe the product is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible including a description and photo of the item. From here we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong size as most pieces are made to order.
We understand that buying rings online can be tricky! To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free resizing on all STACKER rings. If the fit is not quite right, reach out to us via the contact us page, and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
We will happily exchange any apparel for change of size.

All orders are packed carefully to ensure they arrive to you safely. Unless stated otherwise, all orders through BR will be shipped via Australia post. Enquires regarding international shipping please email adelaide@barneyrubble.com.au
MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM SIZING
In an effort to reduce our footprint, and remain in line with BR’s values, pieces are extremely limited and often ‘Made to Order’. If you see something you like that’s not available in your size, holla at us through email with your name, The name of the ring design you are after, and your desired size, we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible. ALL STACKERS are made to Order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production, Once your pieces are on their way to you, we will update you with tracking information.
In the event that you are ordering more then 1 item, All items will be posted together upon completion unless otherwise advised.
